GHR Ooty – 2019: Bib Pickup And Other Run Information
GHR Ooty 2019 Run Information: Kit Pickup
Date: Saturday, 1st June 2019
Venue: Aventura, Fern Hill
Timings: 10.00AM – 6PM
- Mandatory: Valid Photo ID. Do not print run confirmation emails if you are collecting for yourself.
- Kindly plan to reach the bib distribution venue before 6 PM. We will not be able to entertain special requests for bib pickup after 6PM or on run day.
- Authorize pick-up – In case you cannot make it to bib pickup before 6PM on Saturday, please authorize friends/family/fellow runners to collect on your behalf. The authorized person will have to carry prints/photocopies of your run confirmation email/sms, your valid photo ID and his/her valid photo ID. Print/photocopies are mandatory in this case.
Note: If you have opted for accommodation at the Aventura Ooty campsite, your kit will be waiting for you when you check-in.

we are unable to collect BIB today due to hectic work, we will be there on race day 5:30 AM so please arrange to collect it on that time.
When would the photos be uploaded for Ooty run? Eagerly waiting….
