Travel – Getting to Warangal

Warangal, located in central Telangana is well-connected by road and rail to Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore. While Warangal had the largest airport in the country pre-Independence, the closest operational airport in present-day is in Hyderabad – 150 kms away.

Car/Self drive – If you are traveling with your family or a bunch of friends, you can consider driving down to Warangal directly. The roads are great, but drive safe! Directions – link
