The design for the GHR Hyderabad 2019 Run t-shirt is inspired by the city\u2019s rich cultural past. The rulers of the Qutb Shahi dynasty (1512-1687) built many of Hyderabad\u2019s iconic heritage structures \u2013 the Charminar, Golconda Fort, Taramati Baradari and the Qutb Shahi Tombs. The Qutb Shahi Tombs were built and dedicated to the seven Qutub Shahi rulers and their families who ruled Golconda for nearly 170 years.<\/p>\n
The GHR Hyderabad 2019 Run t-shirt is a dark shade of purple – paying tribute to the royals who ruled the kingdom of Golkonda. Its\u00a0 illustrations are influenced by Islamic architecture. And specifically the windows that can be spotted at many of the Qutb Shahi structures standing today – including the Taramati Baradari.<\/p>\n
