THE SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO THE TRAVELLER (Referred to as the \u2018Client\u2019 in this agreement) CONDITIONED UPON ACCEPTANCE WITHOUT MODIFICATION OF ALL THE TERMS. THE CLIENT IS REQUESTED TO READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES OR CONTACTING ACTIVE HERITAGE PROMOTION PRIVATE LIMITED, THE CLIENT AGREES THAT THE TERMS THEN IN FORCE SHALL APPLY. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS IS DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE AS WELL.<\/p>\n

All bookings here are made with Active Heritage Promotion Private Limited, India (\u201cRuncation\u201d) (CIN:U72200KA2015PTC080403) (having its office at #13, 4thFloor, New City Complex, NR Road, Bangalore 560018, India) and the booking terms mentioned herein below constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Runcation. By making a booking with Runcation and\/or depositing payments for the tour and travel services (the \u2018Tour\u2019) the Client confirms to having carefully read, understood and accepted the below mentioned \u2018Terms of Services\u2019 and the sections \u2018Legal\u2019 and \u2018Privacy \/ Data Protection\u2019 listed on the Go Heritage Run Website \u2013 goheritagerun.com<\/a> (\u201cWebsite\u201d). The Client confirms that the other travellers on behalf of whom the booking has been made (in the group) have been explained all the terms and conditions mentioned herein and has their concurrence. The term \u2018Client\u2019 in this Agreement would include reference to all the travellers on whose behalf the booking is made.<\/p>\n

1. BOOKINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Visitors on the Website\/Clients are requested to fill the Enquiry Form with all necessary fields mentioned there and submit the same to be sent to Runcation. Upon receipt of the booking request or travel enquiry, the Client will either be directed to the Payment site or (in case of customization or otherwise) a travel consultant from Runcation or its service partners will get in touch with the Client with the relevant information and best available offers for the desired tour package or travel services. In the event the travel requirements are not clear in the booking form submitted by the Client, Runcation or its service partners may contact the Client via email or phone no provided in the booking form.<\/p>\n

All Tours are subject to availability even in cases where the payment is made in advance on the Website. No booking is considered as \u2018confirmed\u2019 unless Runcation sends a Tour confirmation letter to the Client after receiving the initial advance payments.<\/p>\n

2. PAYMENTS & INVOICES<\/strong><\/p>\n

All payments are made electronically on the Website through the payment gateway services provided by the Third Party Service provider engaged by Runcation.<\/p>\n

Invoice and Taxes: An Invoice is issued for all Tour bookings post the confirmation. All rates mentioned on the Website or on email quotes, unless otherwise specified, are exclusive of all applicable taxes.<\/p>\n

3. TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES \/ PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n

A. Runcation curates, manages and enhances the Travel experiences of the Client. In this process, it aggregates the services of various on-ground and other partners (Local Service Providers) to facilitate a smooth travel experience for the client. Runcation, thus, does not own or operate any of the Services of these business partners. The Client, thus, accepts and acknowledges the following:<\/p>\n

i. The Client should adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each Local Service Provider.<\/p>\n

ii. Accommodation: The Tours includes accommodation in handpicked hotels selected by Runcation based on the experience of its travel consultants, market report and\/or recommendation of our past travellers.<\/p>\n

In the event of non-availability of hotel\/s listed in the trip itinerary, Runcation retains the right to reserve another similar standard hotel for the Client. All hotels are subject to availability. Runcation requests its Clients to check on the Internet about the standard of the hotels offered.<\/p>\n

The Client should check the hotel rules to check what the mealtimes, at which they should be available. It is the Client\u2019s responsibility to compensate to the hotel for any damages made to the property or the belongings of the property. At the same time the Client should refrain from acting in a manner which may result in compensation claims from any other guests in the property. The Client will need to settle any such claims on their own.<\/p>\n

Most Tours are inclusive of hotel breakfasts. Some trips also include special lunches in the hotel of stay or outside in city restaurants. Some of the tours are even inclusive of all meals (Adventure trips, jungle lodges and camps mainly), which are mentioned in the list of inclusions and\/or will be conveyed during the course of correspondence.<\/p>\n

iii. Food: The Client understands that the type of food available is subject to local constraints and traditions \/ diets. In case of any special diet requirements, the Client will have to make their own pre-arrangements and Runcation cannot be held responsible for the same.<\/p>\n

iv. Transportation: Runcation will make its best efforts to provide reasonable transportation on a group basis. However, the Client recognizes that \u2018reasonableness\u2019 is restrained by the local availability and considerations of cost. Unless otherwise mentioned, private and exclusive transportation would not be provided.<\/p>\n

v. Adventure Tours: Specifically in the case of Adventure tours, the Client recognizes that the standards of accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, level of infrastructure development and medical facilities, and telecommunication services would not necessarily the same as one may be used to at home, or one would find on a conventional holiday. An Adventure holiday inherently involves a higher level of personal risk than a \u2018conventional holiday\u2019 and the Client confirms full understanding of the same and releases Runcation from any liability in this regard.<\/p>\n

B. INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS TO TOUR PACKAGES<\/p>\n

The list of inclusions and exclusions for the Tour is mentioned on the Website and\/or in the correspondence sent to the Client. Runcation does not take the responsibility of providing any other service\/item, which is not a part of the communication. For any additional service or booking requested by the Client before the commencement of the Tour or during the Tour or at the end of the Tour, Runcation \/ its team will act responsibly and will try to offer the same to the Client at additional cost depending on the availability of the service\/booking requested by the Client.<\/p>\n

i. Inclusions
\nMost Tour packages\u2019 offered by Runcation are inclusive of accommodation in hotel\/guest house\/resorts, transportation in a private car (for private trips) or in a coach\/bus (for group tours), breakfast, services of local tour guides (where available) for visiting historic sites and basic entertainments for the trip. The same may vary on case-to-case basis and is clearly specified on the Tour Details on the Website or in the communication by Runcation for customized trips.<\/p>\n

ii. Specific Exclusions
\nThe Tour packages do not include international air tickets, domestic flight tickets, Travel\/Medical insurance, visa charges, tips, camera\/video camera fee at monuments and museums etc. Personal expenses such as rinks\/laundry\/telephone\/mini bar bills etc are payable by the Client to the respective Local Service Providers in addition to the Package price.<\/p>\n

C. TRAVEL TO DESTINATION
\nUsually, Runcation does not book \/ manage air-travel itineraries for its Clients. The Client has to ensure their availability on the given date at the start destination of the itinerary, where a representative of the local partner of Runcation would receive the Client. Runcation services would begin at this point of time (\u201cStart Time\u201d) and end with the departure of the Client at the end destination (\u201cEnd time\u201d).<\/p>\n

4. CANCELLATIONS \/ REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

In principle, Runcation does not \u2018profit\u2019 from cancellations. Runcation recognizes that contingencies may force cancellations beyond the control of the traveller. In general, Runcation would charge for the costs incurred and appropriate service charges for the time spent on the trip. Different trips could have different variables including booking of non-refundable services, policies of local vendors etc. However, application of this principle is discretionary and subject to the official cancellation and refund policy as detailed below.<\/p>\n

All cancellations must be intimated to our office on phone followed by a written confirmation via email or postal letter. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as \u2018cancelation request\u2019. Cancellations for the independent\/individual tour services should be made with a notice of not less than 60 days prior to the date of commencement of the Trip.<\/p>\n

Cancellation & refund policy<\/b>
\nSubject to the specific cancellation policies communicated for each trip and in general, any cancellation has to be done at-least 30 days in advance for a refund; no refund will be possible later. The amounts to be refunded are as follows:<\/p>\n
