Pench National Park – Hotels and Travel
Taking a vacation at the Pench National Park? Here is how you can get there, where to stay and some recommendations on how to plan a tiger safari.
HOTELS AND RESORTS IN PENCH NATIONAL PARK:
There are about 10-15 resorts and hotels all of these are within a 5km radius of Kipling’s Court, the start/finish point for Go Heritage Run – Pench.

GETTING THERE:
There are multiple entry points to the core zone of the Pench National Park – the most popular ones on the Madhya Pradesh side are:- Turia Gate (next to the Pench National Park Museum on Google Maps). Most of the hotels and resorts in the area are located near here. This is also the gate closest to Kipling’s Court, the start point for Go Heritage Run – Pench AND
- Karmajhiri Gate about 30 kms further north.
BOOKING A TIGER SAFARI:
A limited number of gypsies are sent into the Pench National Park each day. Do consult your hotel to book a tiger safari – since these are especially in demand on weekends and holidays, do book at least two weeks in advance of your visit. If your hotel is near the Turia Gate, ensure your safari booking is near that gate. Tiger Safari Timings: Sunrise: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM Sunset: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Tiger Safari Bookings:- Create an account at MP Online, enter your contact information, and book a spot. You can apply for a permit for a 6-seater jeep (INR 1500) or a single seat on a jeep (INR 250). This can be paid online. An additional charge for a vehicle and guide will apply and this can be paid when you arrive at the Tiger Reserve. OR
