Day 1: Arrive!
Land in Kathmandu and head straight to Nagarkot (short drive).
Relax that evening or head out for a walk. Overnight stay in Nagarkot.
Day 2: View the Sunrise, Run and Sightseeing in Pokhara
Go for a run early in the morning in Nagarkot after viewing a magnificent sunrise over the Himalayas.
Fly to Pokhara (subject to weather conditions). Sightseeing in Pokhara.
Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 3: Excursion to Sarangkot, Yoga, Boat ride, Trek to Peace Pagoda
Go on an excursion to Sarangkot to witness the sunrise over the fabulous Himalayas.
Yoga Session and relax by the promenade.
Go on a boat ride at the Phewa lake, visit the Tal Barahi temple and trek to the peace pagoda on the other side of the lake.
Relax in the evening or head out for optional adventure activities.
Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 4: Meditation, Short run and Thamel
Yoga session in the morning followed by a short run.
Fly back to Kathmandu and explore Thamel for some shopping.
Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 5: Explore Kathmandu
Go cycling in the morning followed by sightseeing in Kathmandu including the famous Pashupatinath temple.
Overnight in Kathmandu.
Those not interested in cycling can opt to take the Everest flight (1 hour) to catch a glimpse of Mt. Everest.
The flight is optional and subject to weather conditions.
Day 6: Departure
Head to the airport to catch your flight back home.
Catch up on some last minute shopping and head to the airport.
A runcation is a getaway to a scenic destination with running and exploring thrown in. This Nepal runcation will involve not just running but cycling, yoga and lots of sightseeing thrown in too!

For travellers from India, Indian Government regulations on TCS will apply. All foreign remittances are subject to Tax collection at source TCS. This amount is 5% of the price (including GST) and is refundable by the IT department at the time of filing the returns. It will appear in your IT login under 26 AS.

To keep the experience exclusive and intimate we are limiting participation to 20 runners. You will meet them at the hotel, along the guided runs and the trek and you can choose to explore Nepal together too!

We generally advise guests to book flights using their their credit card miles/wallets as these can get them reduced prices.
However, if you would like us to book tickets for you, we will book at actuals plus a nominal service fee.
If you can run or walk 10KM in under 1.5 hours, you will enjoy our guided runs. You can walk too if you like. Do not forget to bring comfortable running shoes.

Yes! If you are a running club or group or a group of friends or office colleagues or family and would like us to organize a runcation to Nepal exclusively for your group, please let us know. We will need 8 or more runners in this group. Please email us at email@example.com and tell us when your group is interested in taking the runcation and we will be happy to help!

Yes! While a runcation is meant for folks who run, we understand that non-runner partners/friends/family members may also want to join with a runner. We will be glad to host non-running guests at the Nepal runcation!
Yes! Children are welcome to run or join as non-runners at the Nepal runcation! Children will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times if they are running.
Any cancellation has to be done at-least 15 days in advance for a refund; No refund will be possible later. The amounts to be refunded are as follows:
More than 15 days before departure: 100% refund
Less than 15 days before departure: no refund.
