Day visit to Preah Vihaer, Koh Ker and Beng Melea temples –  INR 14,800 + 5% gst

Start your day early and drive to Preah Vihear which sprawls along a cliff top near the Thai border, with breath-taking views of lowland Cambodia 550m below.
An important place of pilgrimage, the temple was built by a succession of seven Khmer monarchs, beginning with Yasovarman I (889–910) and ending with Suryavarman II (1112–52). Like other temple-mountains from this period, it was designed to represent Mt Meru and dedicated to the Hindu deity Shiva

Then drive to Koh Ker (2.5 hours away) one of the ancient capitals of the Angkor civilization. Dominated by Prasat Thom, which strikingly resembles a Mayan temple, the area is littered with ruins gripped in the embrace of twisting tree roots. Return to town via jungle-clad Beng Mealea temple (1 h hour away) which is built on a similar scale and floor plan to Angkor Wat. Utterly swallowed by jungle, and with minimal restoration work.

Optional Add On 2

Day visit to Phnom Kulen National Park, Roluos group of temples – INR 6,600 + 5% gst

Start your day by visiting the Kulen Mountain National Park. Explore the jungles brimming with wildlife and tropical fruit. Discover stone carvings under the streams that predate Angkor Wat. See the reclining Buddha temple on the top of a monolithic rock. Enjoy your relaxing time and swimming at Waterfalls

Visit the earliest temples in the Angkor area referred as the Rolous group. The three Roluos temples are Bakong Temple Mountain with wonderful carvings on the false doors and lintels, the funerary temple of Preah Ko, Lolei Temple with the Rolous group’s most exquisite carvings and inscriptions.
